Yes, the booking fee is included in the overall package price. This is not an additional cost.

Is accommodation included?

Can I get ready at the Hideaway?
There are no dressing rooms to get ready onsite. We recommned getting ready at nearby accomoodation and arriving close to your ceremony time.
Is there accommodation nearby?
There are plenty of accommodation options in Beerwah and the surrounding suburbs of Landsborough and Glasshouse Mountains, including motels, motor lodges, retreats and Airbnb’s. This will keep you within 5-10 minutes of The Hideaway.
Alternatively, you could also stay in nearby tourist towns like Maleny, Caloundra & Mooloolaba, just keep in mind that they’re between 20-30 minutes away.
We HIGHLY recommend pre-booking and pre-paying for transport regardless of where you stay. We are happy to help with transport provider recommendations.

We do not offer ceremony only packages.
Do you offer reception only packages?

If you would prefer to hold your ceremony elsewhere and have just your reception at the Hideaway, the venue hire is reduced to 5 hours and the overall price is discounted by $1000. This applies to our signature wedding package only.
